I'm really worried because I accidentally spilled boiling milk on my right palm and fingers. Ive been in so much pain despite keeping it in cold water for 30 minutes. I even used some silverex silver nitrate gel, but the burning just isn't going away. There aren't any blisters or peeling skin, but it seems to be swollen. Can you help me figure out what to do next?

View allI'm really worried about my situation. I've been married for 6 years and have a kid, and recently, the foreskin of my penis has become really dry and reddish. The skin flakes off like dandruff which makes it really uncomfortable and irritating, though there's no itching. This started happening about 3 months ago after I had a yeast infection. I already saw my family doctor and used the cortico cream treatment, but it hasnt gotten any better. I havent had sex in two months because I'm afraid of making it worse or causing more problems. Ive never experienced anything like this before and its truly getting me down. Can you please give me some advice?
Consult a urologist or dermatologist for personalized guidance, and consider self-care measures like gentle cleansing, avoiding irritants, and using fragrance-free products to manage dryness and discomfort.

My skin feels super tight and won't bounce back no matter what I try even with lotions or gels. Could this mean I need some kind of medical treatment or surgery? It's really worrying me because nothing seems to help.
If these changes do not bring relief, you may want to see a dermatologist. Very dry skin can require a prescription ointment or cream. Dry skin also can be a sign of a skin condition that needs treatment. A dermatologist can examine your skin and explain what can help reduce your discomfort
