I'm really worried because I had an allergic bronchitis attack about 5 years ago, and now it feels like the same thing happened again last night. My breathing airways got blocked, and I had this wheezing sound coming from my chest the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all. The last time this happened, I used an Albuterol inhaler to get through it. Should I stick with that again, or is there something else I should do?

View allI've got asthma and just bought a new tablet called Monticope Montelukast with levocetirizine dihydrochloride, but I've been using Levozing Lm Montelukast with levocetirizine hydrochloride for a while now. I'm a bit confused about the difference between dihydrochloride and hydrochloride. Does it make a difference, and is it safe to switch to this new tablet?

I've been feeling really out of breath no matter what I do, whether I'm just getting up, sitting down, moving around, or doing any kind of work. It's really concerning me. What could be causing this breathlessness, and should I be worried?
You may be experiencing symptoms of asthma. I recommend using an inhaler such as Ventolin (albuterol) to help relieve your breathlessness. The usual dosage for Ventolin inhaler is 1-2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed for shortness of breath. It is important to use it as directed by your healthcare provider.
