I've got asthma and just bought a new tablet called Monticope Montelukast with levocetirizine dihydrochloride, but I've been using Levozing Lm Montelukast with levocetirizine hydrochloride for a while now. I'm a bit confused about the difference between dihydrochloride and hydrochloride. Does it make a difference, and is it safe to switch to this new tablet?

I'm really worried about my wife. She's been having fever and weakness for the past 15 days. They said she has TB pleural effluent and removed 950 ml of water from her lungs a week ago. The blood tests came back negative for dengue, malaria, and typhoid though. The doctor has given her Pyrazinamide, Rcinex, and Combutol. Another general physician suggested adding Loxof500 for 10 days to help with the fever and weakness. But I'm not sure if that's a good idea because isn't that for non-drug-resistant cases, like if other meds aren't working? Do you think we should just stick with the current medicines for a bit longer? The fever seems to come and go every 6 to 8 hours after taking paracetamol.

Yes,continue same treatment as advised by the physician.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's 72, almost 76, and he's been having breathing issues. It's getting to the point where he can't even walk 10 meters without struggling. I think it's causing excess CO2 in his body and lower oxygen levels. Plus, he's finding it really hard to use his BiPAP machine, so he's not using it as much. He's also on a nebulizer. What should we do in this situation?

use nebulizer and steam inhalation
