I'm really worried because I've been experiencing shortness of breath for the past 20 days, and every time I try to breathe, it feels like there's a lot of pressure on my heart. I'm scared that my breathing might suddenly stop. Could this lead to a heart attack, or maybe it's related to COVID-19? I also feel very anxious and could use a recommendation for a good anxiety pill. I've been doing yoga and meditation daily, but it still feels like something is gripping my heart and stopping my breath. I've been following the treatment plan given to me, but I haven't noticed any improvement yet. What should I do?

View allI'm a bit concerned because my systolic blood pressure has been hovering around 130, but I've noticed that my diastolic is consistently above 90 or even 95. I'm really worried about why my diastolic BP is always on the higher side. Could you tell me what kind of tests or investigations might be needed for this?

I'm a bit concerned about stopping my beta blockers because I've heard you can't just abruptly stop them. My physician suggested that my blood pressure and heart rate spikes might be linked to anxiety and recommended Anxit 0.25 mg for when my pulse gets fast. He also mentioned that the beta blockers might be causing my ongoing dry cough and advised me to quit them. But, shouldn't there be some kind of substitute for my blood pressure? I'm worried about what might happen if I just stop without any alternative. Could you give me some advice on how to handle this situation?

I'm having this weird tingling sensation and sometimes my heart starts racing. I got an ECG and my blood pressure was checked, and both came back normal. I'm not sure what to do next or who I should reach out to. Can you guide me on this?
