I'm really worried because I've been having trouble breathing for the past three years. It seems like every time I take my medication, it gets better for a little while, but then I start having difficulty again after a few days. I've also tried using inhalers, but they don't seem to be helping. What should I do?

View allI've been dealing with a breathing issue for the past three months. I can breathe fine through my nose, but when I try using my mouth, it's like I can't get a full breath, and sometimes I feel a pain in my chest. It's been worrying me. Could there be something going on with my lungs or chest that I should get checked out?
do chest x ray

I'm really worried about my husband. He's been diagnosed with acute bronchitis, but he's still running a fever after four days of taking the prescribed medication. The doctor gave him Acebrophyline, acetylcysteine, Cefixime, montelukast, levocetrizine, and paracetamol. I'm confused though, is acute bronchitis usually caused by a virus or bacteria? Could there be an issue with these medicines not working, or should we be concerned about something else?
medicine which is given is sufficient , give paracetamol 650 mg three times in a day

I've been having some mucus in my respiratory tract, and it's a bit weird because there's no cough or fever. But every morning, I notice this sound when I'm breathing in, and it's really uncomfortable. I'm wondering what might be causing this and if there's something I should be doing about it?
Please get your pulmonary function test done and also Chest xray. See a Pulmonologist in your area.
