I'm really worried because I've got a hole in my eardrum. My right eardrum has a big hole, and there's a smaller one in my left. The right one keeps getting pus, and I'm having a lot of trouble hearing from that side, plus all sorts of weird noises. What should I do about this?

I'm dealing with a blocked right ear due to wax buildup and I'm not sure what to do. I've got these small packets of Sodium Chloride Injection 0.9 with me, but I'm unsure if they're safe to use as ear drops for this. The label says it's a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride in water for injections, with a pH of 4.5 to 7.0 and no preservatives. Is it okay to use this on my ear, or should I look for something else?

Yes youcan use it no problem

I'm experiencing some pain in my throat that's been going on for about two weeks now. It only hurts when I swallow saliva, but not when I'm eating or drinking anything. The pain seems to come and go, and there's no pain when I move my neck. I don't have a cough or anything, but when I'm distracted or busy, I sometimes don't notice it as much. I'm really concerned and a bit scared that it might be something serious like throat cancer. Could you help me understand what could be causing this?

That could be Pharyngitis or tonsillitis visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.

I've had constant ear discharge from both ears for a while now and even had tympanoplasty surgery, but it didn't help. I also have mixed hearing loss in both ears. What could be causing this, and are there other treatment options I should consider?

Persistent ear discharge post-tympanoplasty and mixed hearing loss may indicate cholesteatoma or Eustachian tube dysfunction.A CT scan and revision surgery or mastoidectomy may be needed.
