I'm really worried because I've had a high fever of 102 or more that's just not going down with the usual paracetamol. Is it safe to take meftal forte in this situation? I'm just not sure what to do.

I'm looking to start taking a multivitamin and Im a bit confused about which one to choose, especially with everything going on with COVID right now. Should I go with Zincovit, Supradyn, or is there another multivitamin youd recommend?
Tab supradyn ,once daily orally for about 3-6 months is advised to the patient.

I recently cut my finger with a new razor blade, and while there wasnt any rust or soil on it, the wound did bleed. I put some Dettol on it, and now it's healed up, but I havent had a tetanus shot in over five years. Should I get the injection right away, or is it okay if I wait a bit?
