I'm really worried because I've had a high fever of 102 or more that's just not going down with the usual paracetamol. Is it safe to take meftal forte in this situation? I'm just not sure what to do.

View allI'm feeling really weak and lazy after recovering from typhoid. It's like I'm always tired and can barely keep my eyes open. I even get these mild headaches now and then. Is this normal after typhoid, or should I be worried? What can I do to feel better?
Following typhoid recovery, it's common to experience lingering weakness, fatigue, and laziness due to the body's depleted nutrient reserves and the lingering effects of the infection; to alleviate these symptoms, ensure adequate rest, hydration, and nutrition, including foods rich in iron, vitamins B12 and D, and protein

I've been experiencing a mild fever every evening for the past week, usually staying under 100, mostly around 99. But then it seems to return to normal by the next morning. I've also had occasional headaches, though my stomach feels okay. I had a CBC and urine ESR done, and everything came back fine. What could possibly be causing this?
Sounds like you may be experiencing a low-grade fever in the evenings, along with occasional headaches. Since your CBC, urine, and ESR tests are normal, it is less likely to be due to an infection. One possible reason for your symptoms could be a viral infection. I recommend taking Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every evening when you have a fever. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

I'm trying to understand if it's okay for someone who's generally in good health to start taking Zincovit tablets every day to boost their immunity, especially with everything going on with the Covid pandemic. Is it safe to use these daily, or could there be any side effects I should be aware of?
take it once in a week as immunity booster
