I'm really worried because I've noticed this white fungus-like stuff on the head of my penis, and the outer skin isn't moving back like it usually does. I can't pull the skin back to clean it properly. What could this be, and how should I deal with it?

i have phimosis and cant retract my foreskin even when masturbating is it possible to have sex without retracting or do i need surgery i can move the skin a little but cant wear a condom properly
It's possible to have sex with phimosis, even without full retraction, but it may be uncomfortable or painful. Using a condom and ample lubricant can help. However, if the foreskin is severely tight, sexual activity could cause tearing or pain. Surgery (circumcision) might be recommended in more severe cases, but it's not always necessary
