I'm really worried because my CT scan showed that I have IBD, and now I'm dealing with worms in my stomach. I can definitely feel them, and it's really uncomfortable. Should I even consider taking medicine for worms right now? I'm not currently on any medication for my IBD, so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be great!

View allI'm having this really sharp, constant pain in my upper left abdomen and it's getting worse when I cough or sneeze. Even small movements sometimes set it off. About three weeks ago, I had a bad cough with congestion, fever, headache, and body pain, and I was on antibiotics and other meds for ten days. Now the fever and headaches are gone, but Im still dealing with a mild wet cough. This abdominal pain is really worrying me because it seems to be increasing every day. Ive attached my USG and X-ray reports too. Do you think this could be related to my past illness, or is it something else?

I've got some test results that I'm a bit worried about. My SGPT levels are sitting at 106, and my SGOT is 38. The direct bilirubin came back at 0.34. I'm wondering if these numbers mean I should get tested for jaundice or something else. Also, are there any ways I can bring these elevated levels down?
