I'm really worried because my lower fibula has been swollen for four days now. I recently broke my tibia and fibula, and when I press on top of my fibula, it hurts. I can walk, but there's a bit of pain. Should I be concerned, and do you think I should see a doctor about it?

I inherited bow legs and now at 34, I'm wondering if it's possible to correct them through exercises or if surgery is the only option. Also, I've noticed I never gain muscle mass in my legs, arms, or face while the rest of my body builds up what could be causing that?
