MRI shows a superior labral tear at 12 o'clock with bicep tendon involvement. Can this heal with physio and rehab or is surgery necessary? I've attached my MRI report for reference.

doctor i have a carry angle issue can it be fixed without surgery or are there other treatments that might help
Mild carry angle deformities may improve with physio; surgery only for functional limitation or severe deformity.

I have a ligament injury in my right knee and got an MRI done is it possible to recover without surgery or would I need to go that route
Small ligament injuries can heal with bracing and rehab; surgery if instability or tear is complete.
