I'm really worried because the right side of my upper chest is super tender and sore to touch. I got an MRI of my sternum and a breast ultrasound done, and both came back normal. But it's so sensitive that even a piece of paper against it feels unbearable. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

Hey, I've been experiencing joint and muscle pain that seems to move around my body. Every morning I wake up feeling really stiff and achy, but after some light exercise, the pain usually eases off. It gets much worse during the winter months, and honestly, the pain becomes unbearable. I'm pretty sure this all kicked off when I was around 15 years old. Could you suggest what kind of specialist I should consider seeing?
You may benefit from seeing a Rheumatologist. They specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the joints, muscles, and bones. In the meantime, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen (e.g., Advil) as needed for pain relief.

I'm a 20-year-old girl and I'm really worried because my ESR in blood is 93, and my hb is 10.50. I also found out I have a deficiency in vitamin D. What could be causing my high ESR?
The high ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) in your blood could be due to various reasons, including inflammation, infection, autoimmune diseases, or certain cancers. Given your low hemoglobin level and vitamin D deficiency, it is important to address these issues as well. To help reduce inflammation and lower your ESR, you can take Ibuprofen for a few days. Additionally, you should consult with your doctor for further evaluation and management of your conditions.
