I'm still experiencing a dry cough pretty often and it's been over four months since I had COVID. I'm really concerned about it. Could you suggest any effective medicines or treatments that might help with this?

The doctor said we should consider getting an oxygen concentrator for him. I want to make sure I choose the right equipment and find a reliable dealer. Could you suggest any specific models or places where I could purchase one?

I've been struggling with this persistent dry cough for about three months now, and it seems to be getting worse. Sometimes I also experience a blocked nose for around 30 minutes, during which the cough stops, but once the cold goes away, the dry cough comes back. Also, I notice that when I cough, I sweat a lot, and if I talk too much, it triggers the cough too. Can you help me figure out whats going on and what I should do about it?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
