I'm still experiencing a dry cough pretty often and it's been over four months since I had COVID. I'm really concerned about it. Could you suggest any effective medicines or treatments that might help with this?

Probable diagnosis is idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis .Oxygen therapy,smoking cessation, tab perfenidone 100 mg twice daily ,orally is advised to the patient. Terminally ill patients may require lung transplant.

I was in the hospital two months ago because of COVID, which led to COVID lung pneumonia. I've attached an X-ray taken two months after I was discharged. Can you tell me if I should have another CT scan or not?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
