I'm supposed to get a Tympanoplasty because both of my eardrums have holes. Do you know how much this might cost in Pune? Also, what kind of precautions do I need to take after the surgery, and how many days should I plan to take off work to recover?

View allSo, this weird thing happens to me twice a year, and I'm kinda worried. Every time I catch a cold, after the first day, I just start salivating A LOT and it doesn't stop. It's like I'm drooling non-stop! I've tried different medications, but nothing seems to work. The drooling just does its thing and goes away after about 3-4 days. Is there something serious going on here? And if there are any meds that can help with this, that would be awesome.
a cold can cause excess salivation, also known as hypersalivation. This is because a cold can lead to nasal congestion, which can cause you to breathe through your mouth more. Breathing through your mouth can make it easier for saliva to escape. if excess salivation is due to cold then treat the cause

I've had this throat ulcer for three days now and I'm on medication for it, with tablets like olise, cipt, cetgo, and zincoplex. I'm just not sure how long it's going to take for the ulcers to heal. Plus, I'm struggling to speak properly now, and even when I try to shout, my voice is really faint. Should I be worried about my voice, or is this just a normal part of having a throat problem like mine? Is my treatment moving in the right direction?
You are recieving right treatment no need to worry give some time rest your voice untill you recover consume warm foods, visit ENT doctor for evaluating further.

Lately, I've been dealing with some pretty annoying symptoms like itching in my eyes, which are also reddish, along with sneezing and a runny nose. I got a CT scan of my face, and it showed something about polypoidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus, with the left maxillary ostia being blocked. This has been a recurring problem, and it's really starting to affect me. Could you provide some advice or solutions on what might be going on and how I can find some relief?
That could be sinusitis needs a course of antibiotics, visit your ENT docotor for appropriate management and do steam inhalation for relief.
