I'm thinking about getting a frenuloplasty, and I've got a few questions. How much should I expect it to cost, and how long will it take for me to recover completely? I'm also a bit anxious about the pain level after the surgery. Is it going to be really intense? Appreciate any advice you can give!

Frenuloplasty surgery typically costs between $500 to $2,000, depending on factors like the clinic, location, and complexity of the procedure. Recovery usually takes about 1-2 weeks, with most patients resuming normal activities within a few days. Pain is usually manageable with over-the-counter medications, and any discomfort typically subsides after the first few days.

I've been taking steroids as a professional bodybuilder, but lately I noticed some changes in my left testicle it feels like there are extra veins or something. I looked it up and think it might be testicular varicocele, but I'm not sure. Could the steroids be causing this? Doctors always warn against steroids, but it's part of my job, so I can't stop. I know the risks, but this issue has me worried. Does varicocele need surgery, or can it heal on its own?
Get an Ultrasound and Doppler study of scrotum. Steroid has nothing to do with varicocele but it is possible due to heavy weight lifting. Please clarify what steroid you are taking. If corticosteroid like dexona, betnesol stop it gradually over many months. If testosterone or other anabolic steroid you can maintain these provided considering risk of infertility.

I'm really worried about some issues I've been having since I quit masturbating a year ago. I started when I was 14 and I've heard it can cause issues both mentally and physically. But since I stopped, I've been dealing with things like fatigue, eye floaters, lower back pain, semen leakage, and watery semen. Is it normal to feel so confused and depressed about this, and how can I get relief from these symptoms?
