View allCan gum tone powder actually help with receding gums and bring them back to normal I'm curious how to apply it correctly should it go directly on the gums or the exposed tooth roots Also looking for any natural remedies that might work without needing surgery
Gum tone powder has no proven efficacy;focus on brushing/flossing and consult a periodontist for gum grafts if recession worsens.

I have a bone graft issue in my upper and lower front teeth and my dentist recommended flap surgery but I'm hesitant because it seems like a long and painful process. Can I just get my front teeth extracted instead of going through with the surgery? What are my other options for dealing with this bone graft problem?
ortho review is advised.

I've been getting this small white pearl-like lump on the roof of my mouth. It seems to come and go, sometimes pretty quickly, and other times it keeps popping up. I'm wondering if this is something to worry about or if it's a common thing. Any idea what it might be?
That needs evaluation, visit ENT docotro for the same and appropriate management
