I'm thinking about switching to night shifts for 2 weeks every couple of months. Do you think this could mess with my biological clock or have any negative effects on my health?

There is no one miraculous method which works for every person. You need to have regularity in the method you follow. One of such method is the military method. Relax your entire face, including the muscles inside your mouth. Drop your shoulders to release the tension and let your hands drop to the side of your body. Exhale, relaxing your chest. Relax your legs, thighs, and calves. Clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene. If this doesnât work, try saying the words âdonât thinkâ over and over for 10 seconds. Within 10 seconds, you should fall asleep.

I'm having a hard time getting to sleep at a reasonable hour. Most nights, I'm not able to fall asleep until around 3 or 4 a.m., and sometimes it's even laterlike 6 or 7 a.m.and then I have to get up at 9 or 10 a.m. to rush to work. Even on those rare occasions when I manage to sleep at a decent hour, I end up staying awake the entire next day only to finally crash around 4 a.m. again. It's like I'm stuck in this cycle. What could be going on, and how can I fix this?
