I'm thinking about taking Bandy Plus for deworming. Should I take it on an empty stomach in the morning or after dinner? Also, I'm on Eltroxin 100mg for hypothyroidism. Would it be safe to take both?

I'm dealing with a Vitamin D3 deficiency and my doctor prescribed some Vitamin D3 capsules from Mankind that I'm supposed to take weekly. But after taking them, I've been feeling like my head is heavier and I'm constantly thirsty. Is it normal to feel this way? Could there be a problem with how I'm taking them, or is there a better way to boost my Vitamin D3 levels quickly? Any advice would be great.

For a 20mm kidney stone, medication alone may not be effective. Consult your urologist or nephrologist for alternative treatment options. They may recommend: - Alpha-blockers (e.g., Tamsulosin) to help pass the stone - Potassium citrate to help dissolve the stone - Pain management medication (e.g., analgesics) Surgical options, such as lithotripsy or ureteroscopy, may also be considered.

Hey, I'm kind of worried about my vitamin levels and wondering if it's okay to take vitamin D and B12 supplements at the same time. My recent test showed my vitamin D is at 7.3 ngml and vitamin B12 is at 89 pgml. Do you think I should start taking supplements? If so, can you recommend any specific ones that might help?

With your low Vitamin D (7.3 ngml) and borderline low Vitamin B12 (89 pgml) levels, taking supplements together is safe, but consult your doctor to confirm; consider Nature Made Vitamin D3 2000 IU and Jarrow Formulas Methyl B12 2500 mcg, but ensure you follow the recommended dosages and monitor your levels regularly.

There's a chance that babies of GDM mother may have low blood sugar shortly after birth and hypoglycemic seizures etc which would need NICU monitoring.
