I'm thinking about taking Meconerv 1500mcg for Vitamin B12. Is it okay if I use it with D360 sachet? Is there anything I should be concerned about?

View allI'm trying to apply for a swimming program, and I need a medical certificate from an MBBS doctor as proof of my physical fitness. Im in good shape and can swim, but they require this as part of the admission process. What's the best way to go about getting this certificate, and how much might it cost?
To obtain a medical certificate for swimming admission, you will need to visit a doctor, preferably an MBBS doctor, for a physical examination. During the examination, the doctor will assess your overall health and fitness level to ensure you are fit for swimming. The cost of the certification may vary depending on the healthcare provider and location. You can request the doctor to provide a physical fitness certificate specifically for swimming admission. The certificate should state that you are in good health and fit to participate in swimming activities. Make sure to bring any necessary identification and payment for the consultation. It is important to be honest during the examination and provide any relevant medical history to the doctor. Once the examination is complete and the doctor confirms your fitness for swimming, they will issue the medical certificate for your application. Remember to inquire about the specific requirements for the certificate from the institution where you are applying for swimming admission.

My daughter is 22 and she's got a really high fever. It seems to go down a bit with Calpol 650, but her heart rate gets really fast. Her heartbeat is a lot quicker, and it's worrying me. What should I do?
It sounds like your daughter may be experiencing tachycardia (fast heart rate) as a result of the fever. In this case, you can give her Ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg to help reduce the fever and also help with any inflammation that may be causing the fast heart rate. Make sure to keep her well hydrated and monitor her temperature and heart rate closely. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention immediately.
