I'm really struggling with my zolpidem use after taking it for insomnia that started with the stress of marriage and moving. Now I can't seem to stop taking Zolfresh for almost any reason. If my husband is snoring, I take one. If I'm going to bed late, I just pop another. It's gotten to the point where I'm even using it for afternoon naps, taking 15 mg at night and 10 mg in the afternoon. I'm feeling stuck in this cycle. How can I break free from this?
