I've been experiencing hyperventilation quite often, especially when I'm feeling excited or stressed. It seems to linger in my mind, and when I concentrate on it, I feel like I have some control over it. This usually ends up giving me short panic attacks. Could you give me some advice on what I should do?

View allI have gynecomastia and I'm on sulpitac 300 for schizophrenia. If I get gynecomastia surgery, will the condition come back because of my schizophrenia medication? Is it safe to go ahead with the surgery?
Yes, gynecomastia can recur if the medication continues. Surgery is safe, but consult your psychiatrist to assess risk versus benefit before proceeding.

I'm currently on a rabies vaccine regimen and I've taken three doses with one more to go. Lately, I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and I haven't slept in two days. Is it safe for me to take sleeping pills?
There is no direct interaction between the rabies vaccination regimen and commonly prescribed sleeping pills. However, do not take any kind of sedative medication without consulting a certified physician.

I've been feeling this really uncomfortable sensation like I might vomit whenever I'm in a cab or on a bus, especially if it's crowded. It's like I can't breathe properly and just feel really suffocated. It's starting to worry me. Could there be something going on that I need to address?
yes it happens that when you are in a place where enough ventilation or air circulation is not there or closed spaces will make you nauseous and choky...best thing is to relax yourself so that you breathe easy in such situations and avoid such places...the oxygen saturation also comes down.
