I've been feeling this really uncomfortable sensation like I might vomit whenever I'm in a cab or on a bus, especially if it's crowded. It's like I can't breathe properly and just feel really suffocated. It's starting to worry me. Could there be something going on that I need to address?

yes it happens that when you are in a place where enough ventilation or air circulation is not there or closed spaces will make you nauseous and choky...best thing is to relax yourself so that you breathe easy in such situations and avoid such places...the oxygen saturation also comes down.

I've been struggling with anxiety after my surgery and my mom is prone to panic attacks too. With the lockdown still going on, it's been really tough to manage. What can we do to cope with this at home?
While a complete and permanent cure for panic disorder is not always possible, various treatments can significantly reduce the frequency and severity of panic attacks. These include psychotherapy, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and in some cases, medication, along with lifestyle adjustments and stress management techniques.
