I'm trying to figure out the best time to drink milk. Should I have it in the morning or at night? Also, is it okay to drink milk right after dinner, or should I wait a bit? I've got a mixed pitta dominant and vata prakrati, so I'm wondering if milk is good for me. Plus, when I have acidity, is it recommended to drink milk? And what about when I'm constipated is milk a good idea then?

It's good to have milk at your comfortable time, except when you have constipation issues you try to avoid it

There's no pain and everything looks normal now. Is this something to worry about?

I'm really concerned about my hair fall and thinning and would like to explore ayurvedic treatments. I'm not interested in trying any allopathic options because I'm worried about side effects. Can you suggest some effective ayurvedic approaches that are safe and natural?
For hairfall and hair thinning, you can try using Baidyanath Mahabhringraj Hair Oil. Apply this oil on your scalp and massage gently. It helps in promoting hair growth and reducing hair fall. I'm really worried because I think I might have paraphimosis. My foreskin is stuck and it's formed this ring with some swelling. Is there any way I can treat this at home or should I see a doctor?
Paraphimosis can restrict blood flow to the glans penis( head ),potentially leading to tissue damage if left untreated. Therefore, while some home remedies may provide temporary relief , definitive treatment should be performed by a specialist .
