I'm trying to figure out if I'm experiencing early pregnancy symptoms or just normal stuff. My last menstrual period was on May 4th, 2016, and today I'm 10 days past ovulation. We're planning to conceive, but since my next period is still about five days away, I'm not sure what to expect. Lately, I've been feeling really sleepy and noticed some watery vaginal discharge for the past 3-4 days. Are these signs of early pregnancy, or do they happen naturally? Would love your thoughts.

I'm 26 and dealing with irregular periods. My ultrasound showed both ovaries are bulky with multiple small cysts the largest is 0.42cm on the right and 0.35cm on the left. The right ovary measures 3.62x1.98x3.00cm (volume 11.26cc) and the left is 2.84x2.28x3.29cm (volume 11.15cc). My uterus size is 7.35x3.59x4.26cm. Do I need surgery or will medication work? Can this be cured?
