My wife has molluscum contagiosum with around 30-40 bumps on her chin. The dermatologist first recommended a 2-week zinc tablet course, but it didn't help. Now they're suggesting surgical removal. We're hesitant about surgery is there any other treatment option that might work, or is surgery the best way to go?
