I'm trying to figure out when the best time is to take my biotin supplements. Should I be having the 5000mcg dose in the morning, afternoon, or evening? Also, does it work better with food, or should I take it on an empty stomach?

View allI've been having Organic India Tulsi Green Tea both in the morning and the evening, but I'm starting to get a bit concerned because I heard it has caffeine. Is it really bad for my health to have it twice a day? Should I be worried about the caffeine content?
Drinking **Organic India Tulsi Green Tea** in moderation, both morning and evening, is generally safe for most people. While it contains caffeine, the amount is relatively low compared to coffee, and the presence of **tulsi (holy basil)** can offer additional health benefits, such as reducing stress. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine or have specific health conditions, it's best to consult your doctor.

I'm trying to figure out if it's healthier to have 4 slices of brown bread with peanut butter every morning for breakfast, or if I should stick with the normal white bread. Any insights on which might be better for me?
Consuming 4 slices of brown bread with peanut butter daily for breakfast can provide sustained energy and satisfy hunger, but consider the calorie intake (around 320-400 calories) and balance it with other nutrient-rich foods throughout the day, and brown bread is a better choice than white bread due to its higher fiber and nutrient content.

What should I eat at night to lose weight?
It's not just what you eat at the night that helps in weightloss but the overall calorie intake throughout the day matters. Keep your dinner small, protein rich and light and give 2 hr gap between dinner and bed time.
