I'm trying to figure out whether I should use Neosporin powder or a Betadine tube for treating wounds on the knees and elbows from falling on the road. I know Betadine is used with dressing, which can be so sticky and painful when changing it. On the other hand, I've heard Neosporin powder is just sprinkled over the wound. Could you help me decide which might be better?
