I'm trying to figure out which kind of doctor I should see for my thyroid issues. Should I book an appointment with an ENT specialist, or is there another type of doctor I should be consulting for this? I'm a bit unsure about the best approach.

I'm a thyroid patient and have been on medication for 8 to 10 years. Lately, I've been feeling like there's a lump in my throat, and I often get breathless, mostly in the evenings. Whenever I do any hard work, my breathing gets faster. I'm not sure what's going on. Could you help me figure out what might be wrong?
