I'm trying to gain weight, and I'm wondering if I should be doing my morning walks on an empty stomach or if I should eat something beforehand. What's the best approach for this situation?

View allI'm worried about gaining muscle and increasing my weight. Right now, I weigh 62 kg, my height is 5'9", and my BMI is 20.1 with a body fat percentage of 13%. I hit the gym daily for weight training. I'm wondering if I can use desi ghee to help with weight gain. I've heard it has a high saturated fat content, but I also read that the saturated fat in ghee is short-chain, which supposedly isn't as harmful as the long-chain ones. Can you tell me if ghee would be a good option for me?
Someone told me ghee contains high saturated fat, but I read that saturated fat in ghee is short-chain which is not harmful like long-chain fatty acids. Is ghee good for me? Desi ghee can be a good option for weight gain as it is a rich source of calories and healthy fats. The short-chain saturated fats in ghee are easily digestible and provide a quick source of energy. However, it is important to consume ghee in moderation as it is high in calories. You can incorporate a small amount of desi ghee in your diet to help with weight gain, but make sure to balance it with a healthy and nutritious diet.
