Apparently, the LMCA is normal except for minor plaque and diagonals have non-obstructive plaque, while the marginals and PDAPLV are normal. The report concludes with "Final Diagnosis CAD Effort angina two vessel disease normal LV function. What does this all mean, and what should be the next steps? Is it something super serious?
