I'm using Cool Lip tobacco and I'm really worried about what it might be doing to my health. Could you tell me what are the risks or health issues associated with using this? I'd really appreciate your help in understanding this better.

View allI'm really worried about my friend who has sarcoidosis and bronchial asthma; the doctor recommended an inhaler and the medicine ecosprin AV75. I'm concerned about the possible side effects of ecosprin AV75. Also, how long should my friend keep taking it? Is it something they should continue indefinitely or stop at some point?
Ecosprin AV 75 is a combination medication containing Aspirin and Atorvastatin. It is commonly used to prevent heart attacks and strokes in patients with cardiovascular disease. Some common side effects of Ecosprin AV 75 include stomach upset, heartburn, dizziness, and easy bruising. In rare cases, it can also cause more serious side effects such as stomach bleeding or liver problems. The duration of Ecosprin AV 75 treatment should be determined by your friend's doctor based on their individual medical condition. It is important to follow the doctor's instructions regarding when to stop or continue the medication. In general, Ecosprin AV 75 is usually taken long-term to prevent cardiovascular events, but the duration may vary depending on the specific situation. It is important not to stop taking Ecosprin AV 75 without consulting the doctor first, as sudden discontinuation can increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Ive been experiencing pain when I breathe or sneeze, and I've visited several doctors without finding any relief. I decided to get an ultrasound, and the results showed a pleural effusion of 300-400ml. I'm quite worried and unsure of what steps to take next. Can anyone offer some guidance on what this means and what I should do?

I'm worried because it feels like I'm not breathing well enough. I have to take a really deep breath every 10 seconds or so, and it's messing with my sleep. This has been going on for about 4 years now. I did see a pulmonologist and had a PFT test done, which came out fine, but I'm still having issues. I've tried different medications, including Deriphyllin, with no success. Any advice on what to do next?
Seroflo rotahaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.
