I'm using SkinLite on my face every night, and I'm wondering if it's okay to also apply vitamin E capsules afterward. Also, during the day, can I use lemon juice on my face, or would that react badly with the SkinLite? I'm a bit worried about how these might interact with each other.

  1. Using SkinLite with Vitamin E Capsules

    • Components and Effects: SkinLite contains hydroquinone, mometasone, and tretinoin, which lighten skin, reduce inflammation, and promote cell turnover.
    • Benefits and Risks: Vitamin E may help moisturize and soothe the skin but could potentially interfere with tretinoin's effectiveness.
    • Guidance: Apply vitamin E in the morning to avoid interaction. Monitor for irritation.
  2. Interaction Between SkinLite and Vitamin E

    • Potential Interactions: Vitamin E might reduce irritation from tretinoin but could also decrease its efficacy.
    • Recommendations: Use vitamin E separately from SkinLite. Apply SkinLite at night and vitamin E in the morning.
  3. Using Lemon Juice During the Day with SkinLite Treatment

    • Risks: Lemon juice is acidic and can increase photosensitivity, leading to irritation when combined with SkinLite.
    • Advice: Avoid lemon juice on treated areas. Use sunscreen if exposure is unavoidable.
  4. Interaction Between SkinLite and Lemon Juice

    • Exacerbation of Side Effects: Lemon juice may worsen redness, peeling, or burning.
    • Skincare Advice: Avoid harsh substances and focus on gentle skincare.
  5. General Skincare Recommendations While Using SkinLite

    • Moisturizing and Protection: Regularly moisturize and use sunscreen. Avoid irritants.
    • Consultation: Seek a dermatologist's advice if adverse reactions occur.

I've been noticing some darkness on my lips and I'm considering a chemical peel to lighten them up. I'm curious, does a chemical peel really help with lip pigmentation? If it does work, is the effect going to be permanent or just temporary? I'm just not sure if its worth going through the procedure if the results won't last. Can you tell me more about what to expect?

I've had these red circles that are really itchy, and I've been using candid powder and ring out cream, but they don't seem to be working that well. It's been going on for about 15 days now. What else can I do or try to help get rid of them? Do you think it's something more serious?

I recently stopped taking my iron tablets and I've noticed that my skin is getting more pigmented. I'm really curious if this will go away now that I've quit the pills. Is this something normal, or should I be worried?
