I'm waking up really early in the morning and almost immediately start coughing. I went to see the doctor, and they told me everything seems fine, even my CT scan was clear. I'm starting to think that maybe it's because I'm swallowing my mouth water before I brush my teeth. Could that actually be irritating my throat and causing me to cough? It's strange because no one else around me seems to be having this issue. Is there something wrong with my mouth water that's causing this? I'm just a bit worried and can't figure out what could be happening.

I've had a cold with a cough for the past 10 days. I've been taking cough syrup, and it seemed to be getting better, but just yesterday, my left side of my face started hurting and I've been feeling really weak. Should I be worried about these new symptoms, or is this something that could still be connected to my cold? What should I do next?
The sudden onset of left-sided facial pain and weakness, following a 10-day cold and cough, could indicate a possible post-viral complication, such as trigeminal neuralgia, facial neuritis, or even a mild stroke; seek immediate medical attention from a primary care physician
