I'm wondering about the benefits of gargling with either iodine salt in warm water or using a betadine solution. Which one do you think is more effective in terms of results, and why? I'm really curious about how they compare to each other.

View allI've been diagnosed with hearing loss and saw three ENT doctors two said it's conductive hearing loss from a deviated septum and recommended nose surgery, while the third thinks it could be otosclerosis and suggested a stapedectomy. I'm really confused about which diagnosis is right and what surgery I should consider. How do I figure out the best course of action here?

I'm experiencing a really bad sore throat after eating pickles, fried, or spicy foods and sometimes when I smoke. I don't smoke regularly, maybe once a month or a bit more. Should I be worried about this, or is it just something that happens with these types of foods? Is there anything I can do to prevent it or ease the soreness when it happens?

I've been dealing with a stubborn sinus issue for a while now and really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there any effective medicines or treatments that could help clear this up without going under the knife? I keep hearing mixed advice about whether meds actually work long-term for sinus problems
