I'm wondering about my QTc interval, which was 454ms on the EKG. Is this considered normal? I also have sinus arrhythmia and had a panic attack before but during that time, both the EKG and echocardiogram came out normal. Should I be worried about this, and is there anything specific I should do or ask my doctor?

I'm really worried after seeing my father's recent echo report. It mentioned mild concentric LV hypertrophy and Grade 1 LV diastolic dysfunction. His LVEF is at 75, which I think is good? But then there are terms like MV, AE, AV normal, and TDI EE 10.18, and I'm not sure what all that means. Can you help me understand the report and what it means for his heart health?
