I'm wondering how many times a healthy person should normally pee if they're drinking 8 glasses of water each day. Is there a usual frequency I should expect, or could it be different for everyone?

It's been 7 days since my circumcision but there's still swelling and a ring-like appearance around the head of my penis. How long until the swelling fully goes down and everything looks normal again? I also have some lingering pain - is that expected? Will that ring shape disappear as it heals?

Swelling and pain are common after circumcision and should subside within 2-3 weeks. The ring-like appearance is normal post-surgery, and it will likely disappear as the healing progresses.

I have an 18mm stone in my renal tube but haven't had any issues for a year can it be treated with just medicine or is surgery necessary? How safe is surgery and what would you recommend in my case?

Kidney stones should be removed by surgery if they cause repeated infections in the urine or because they are blocking the flow of urine from the kidney. Today, surgery usually involves small or no incisions (cuts), minor pain and minimal time off work.

Could you help me understand something that happened early this morning around 5 a.m.? I was asleep, and suddenly I had some sexual thoughts. Right then, sperms were ejected from my penis. Is this something normal, or could there be an issue that I need to be worried about?

It's completely normal for sexual thoughts or dreams to lead to spontaneous ejaculation, especially during sleep. This is a natural physiological response, often referred to as a "nocturnal emission" or "wet dream." It doesnt indicate any underlying health issue and is a common occurrence for many people.
