View allI've been having trouble sleeping for about 4 months now. It began with daily nightmares and not feeling rested, but lately, it's just that I'm not getting enough good rest. I checked my oxygen with an oximeter, and it dropped to 73. I've got an appointment at the end of the month for a sleep study consultation, but I'm wondering if I should go to urgent care instead. My symptoms are getting worse, and I'm barely managing. What do you think I should do?
