I'm wondering if having 34 pus cells per high-power field in my urine is something to be concerned about. Everything else on my report seems normal, but do I need treatment for this? Would love your insight.

The presence of 3-4 PUS (pus) cells per high power field (HPF) in urine is generally considered mild and can occur due to factors like urinary tract irritation or a minor infection. Since the rest of your report is normal, it may not require treatment, but it's always a good idea to monitor for any symptoms like pain or discomfort, and follow up with your doctor if needed.

View allI've been struggling with a urine infection for about 1.5 months now, and I've been diagnosed with klebsiella oxytoca in my urine. It's really uncomfortable because I have this constant burning sensation. What could be causing this, and how can I finally get some relief?
it is urinary tract infections

I've had bilateral varicocele for the past 2 years and have been feeling dull pain for the last 10 days. I'm taking Venixmin 900 mg and rutoheal but there's no relief. The surgeon said it's mild and doesn't need treatment, but the pain bothers me. I'm in my 4th year of MBBS and worried about infertility risks. If the pain goes away, do I still need any treatment? What's the best surgery option to prevent recurrence
Take medicinal treatment first

I have a 9.5 mm stone in my right kidney and a 4.5 mm one in the left can these pass naturally or do I need meds to help break them down? Really hoping to avoid surgery if possible.
Stones under 5 mm often pass naturally; 9.5 mm may need lithotripsy or stenting. Hydration, tamsulosin, and pain control are important until reviewed by a urologist.
