I'm wondering if it's alright to have coconut water and oats after having angioplasty surgery. Also, could you suggest which fruits and vegetables would be beneficial during recovery? I'm just a bit anxious about making sure I'm eating the right things.

View allMy mom has this needle-like pain in her left hand index finger and it's moving up to her chest. It happens every 10 minutes, and it's really sharp pain both in the finger and her chest. She's also complaining about pain in her neck and legs. Could this be something serious, or should we get it checked out?
.I would suggest you to get an ecg done and rule out the cardiac causes and also measure blood pressure and sugars to see if there is any fluctuations...It might be neuropathy too

My normal heart rate, as shown on my oximeter, is always over 100, usually around 102 or 104 beats per minute. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it considered normal?
Ecg is advised to the patient for any arrythmias.

I'm getting really worried because my heart feels like it's beating really loudly after I eat and right before I sleep. I'm also feeling this tightness in my chest a lot. I've been taking cough and cold meds for the last ten days, but these symptoms arent going away. What could be going on?
