I'm wondering if it's a good idea to take medicine for deworming as an adult. I remember having it when I was a kid, but I'm not sure if it's necessary now. Can you help me out with some advice on this?

For neck pain and stiffness (Suluku), try these over-the-counter (OTC) ointments and balms:
Ointments and Balms
- Volini: Topical pain reliever for neck pain and inflammation.
- Moov: Cream or spray for pain relief and reduced inflammation.
- Iodex: Balm with iodine for pain relief and reduced inflammation.
- Tiger Balm: Topical cream or balm for pain relief and reduced inflammation.
Additional Tips
- Apply heat or cold: Warm or cold compresses can help relieve pain and reduce stiffness.
- Stretch and move: Gentle stretching and movement can help relieve tension and reduce pain.
- Maintain good posture: Ensure good sitting and standing posture to reduce neck strain.
- Take regular breaks: Regularly stretch and move, especially if you have a job that involves sitting or standing for long periods.
Remember to always read and follow the instructions on the label, and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reactions or if your symptoms persist or worsen.
