I'm wondering if it's okay to put Deriva BPO gel just on my acne spots or scars, or should I go ahead and apply it to my whole face? I'm a bit concerned about how it might affect the rest of my skin if I use it all over. What do you recommend?

Deriva BPO gel can be applied to the full face, not just on acne or acne scars. It should be applied as a thin layer on the entire affected area once daily, preferably in the evening, after washing the face with a gentle cleanser. Remember to use sunscreen during the day as this product can increase sensitivity to sunlight.

I've got some small white patches on my neck and chest. I've been using TBIS 0.1 and trimop forte, and it's helped stop them from spreading. But now I'm wondering what I should use for the depigmentation. Any advice on this would be great!

For depigmentation of the white patches on your neck and chest, you can try using a topical corticosteroid cream like Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily for a few weeks. Additionally, you can also consider using a skin lightening cream containing Hydroquinone 4% to help even out the skin tone. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further pigmentation changes.

I'm a 28-year-old guy and I've just found out my DHT levels are higher than the normal range; mine are 1221 pgml, while the normal range is 250-990. I've noticed I'm also dealing with an itchy scalp and hair loss. Could there be a link between my high DHT levels and these issues? I'm really curious if that's what's causing it and what I should do about it.

I've dealt with Jock Itch before and my doctor advised using betnovate cream, which really helped clear it up quickly. But I kept applying it for over a month when it turns out I should've only used it for about 5 to 10 days. Now Im noticing that the skin near my thighs has thinned out and there are these black patches showing up. What should I do about this situation?

To address the skin thinning and black patches caused by prolonged use of Betnovate cream, stop using the cream immediately and consult a dermatologist for guidance; t
