I'm worried because it feels like my deep breaths aren't fully satisfying, even though my normal breaths seem okay. After 7 to 8 regular breaths, I feel like I need a deeper breath but it's incomplete. Plus, I'm feeling kind of weak, maybe even feverish, but I don't actually have a fever. Could you help me understand what's going on?

View allI'm really worried about my sister. She's been dealing with sleep apnea for like 10 years now, and it causes her to wake up suddenly while sleeping, though it only happens once every month or every couple of months. What kind of treatments are available for this, and how can we help her manage or sort this out?

I'm really worried about post-COVID lung fibrosis. Is it something that can actually get better over time? I've read online that people with lung fibrosis might only live for 3 to 5 years. What are the symptoms I should be looking out for? I'm feeling pretty anxious and could really use some guidance.

My dad just got out of the hospital after a 25-day stay. He's been recovering from COVID, and now he's dealing with fibrosis. His oxygen saturation levels are hanging around 89-90, and he's doing his lung exercises about 34 times a day. We have a concentrator at home, and his oxygen level is 93 at 1.5 liters per minute. I'm worried and wondering how often we should give him oxygen support and if we should adjust the liters. Any advice?
