I'm worried I might just stop breathing out of nowhere, even though there's nothing physically wrong with me. Is it possible for my body to just stop regulating my breath automatically?

I'm really struggling with shyness whenever I'm around girls. Even a simple touch makes me feel like there's an electric current running through me, and it's been like this since I was in Class 4, not just starting from 9th grade. I went to a coed school from LKG, so it's not like I haven't been around girls. It's complicated because Ive always been quite poor with academics, but I'm super active in sports. Do you think this shyness could be some sort of psychic issue?

It feels like I've been on a roller coaster, and I've this scared sensation in my chest most of the day. It gets even worse when I leave the house or when the baby screams. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be anxiety or something else?
