Is it alright to keep using mometasone furoate cream on my eyelids and above my lips? I've been on this medication for about a year and it works great, but I came across some articles that say maybe it shouldn't be used on those areas. Should I be worried or stop using it there?

Mometasone furoate cream is a potent topical corticosteroid. While it can be effective, using it on sensitive areas like eyelids and above the lips for an extended period (1 year) may pose risks:
Risks on Eyelids:
- Skin thinning: Prolonged use can cause skin thinning, making eyelids more prone to injury.
- Glaucoma: Long-term use around the eyes may increase the risk of glaucoma.
- Cataracts: Prolonged use may also increase the risk of cataracts.
Risks Above the Lips:
- Skin thinning: Similar to eyelids, skin thinning can occur, making the area more sensitive.
- Perioral dermatitis: Long-term use can lead to perioral dermatitis, a skin condition characterized by redness, bumps, and itching.

View allI've noticed that my scalp is kind of visible when I'm out in direct sunlight. I've been masturbating since I was 13 and I'm now 15. Could this be related, and is it something I should be concerned about? Id really appreciate your advice.

I've been dealing with a really itchy fungal infection in my pubic area for over a month now. It's really uncomfortable and I can't seem to find any relief. I'm worried about how long it's lasting. What can I do to get rid of it?
It can be a venerable disease. Consult a dermatologist for an accurate treatment plan.

I'm having these irritated sores or bumps, kind of like cysts, near my anus and in the butt crack. They've been there for a week, hurt, sometimes itch, and they release pus. They started as white pimple-like bumps. It gets worse when I sit or if urine gets on them. I noticed them after I shaved and wore dry pads that ended up rubbing against that area a couple of days after shaving. Could this be some kind of diaper rash or something more serious?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
