Is it okay to use minoxidil and folliserum at the same time? Can they help control my hair fall? I'm really confused because I'm losing hair so early and I don't even know why. I have a pretty bad lifestyle though I eat a lot of tasty foods but not much fruit, drink little water, and I masturbate daily, which I can't seem to stop. Do you think these habits could be causing my hair fall? Doctors say masturbation is healthy, but it always leaves me feeling weak, sleepy, and moody, plus I'm very thin. Could this be affecting my hair and self-respect?

Yes, both products can be used at the same time but there are some considerations like application timing , since both products are typically applied topically , it's important to allow one product to absorb fully before applying the other. Applying multiple products may cause scalp irritation for some individuals. If you notice redness, itching,or discomfort, it might be helpful to reduce the frequency of application or consult with a dermatologist.

I've been waxing my arms today and ended up with these bad bruises right in that bendy area where nurses usually take blood samples. It's not like it's my first time waxing, but this is definitely the first time I've gotten bruises like this. Is it normal for this to happen? What might be causing these bruises?

It is not normal to develop bruises after waxing, especially if this is the first time it has happened. The bruising may be due to excessive force during the waxing process or possibly using a wax that was too hot. To help with the bruising and promote healing, you can apply a topical arnica gel or cream to the affected areas. Additionally, taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen can help with any discomfort. If the bruising does not improve or if you experience any signs of infection such as increased pain, redness, or swelling, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
