it's been 10 days since my large intestine surgery and i was wondering if smoking is safe for me now or should i wait longer

Smoking can slow down and interfere with the healing of bones, skin and other body tissues. You are more likely to have wound infection after surgery, longer healing times, problems with new scars opening up and bad scarring. And there are lot of other complications from smoking,,, please quite smoking.

View allI'm a bit concerned after an ultrasound during my wife's health checkup showed a small gallbladder polyp. The doctor mentioned it's around 15mm and said not to worry too much, but I'm still wondering about the implications. Can you suggest a good doctor in Bangalore to consult for a second opinion or further advice? Additionally, I'm curious about what role homeopathy treatment might play and if there are any reputable homeopathy doctors you recommend.
A small gallbladder polyp of 15mm size is generally considered to be low risk for malignancy. However, it is important to monitor it regularly as there is a small risk of it developing into a cancerous growth over time. In Bangalore, you can consult with a Gastroenterologist or a Hepatobiliary Surgeon for further advice on the management and monitoring of the gallbladder polyp. As for homeopathy treatment, there is limited scientific evidence to support its efficacy in treating gallbladder polyps. It is always recommended to follow evidence-based medical treatments for such conditions. If you still wish to explore homeopathy, you can consult with a qualified and experienced homeopath for personalized treatment options.

I'm a 45-year-old woman and I was recently advised to take deworming tablets because I had a stomach infection a few days ago. I'm curious about which deworming tablet is recommended for adults in India. Is there just one option available, or are there other alternatives to consider? I'm also wondering if taking the tablet is a permanent solution, or if there's a chance the issue could come back.
Tab Albendazole is broad spectrum and widely used one, you can take this tablet

I've been feeling something like a lump in my throat since I had COVID back in August. It's been almost 5 months now, and it's not going away. Sometimes it gets so bad that it makes me feel breathless. My general physician said it's acid reflux and suggested taking Rabium DSR on an empty stomach for 10 days, but I haven't seen any improvement. Can you recommend any other medications or solutions? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what else might help.
