it's been 10 days since my large intestine surgery and i was wondering if smoking is safe for me now or should i wait longer

Smoking can slow down and interfere with the healing of bones, skin and other body tissues. You are more likely to have wound infection after surgery, longer healing times, problems with new scars opening up and bad scarring. And there are lot of other complications from smoking,,, please quite smoking.

View allI've noticed that whenever I travel by bus or train, I seem to get a lot of gas in my stomach, and it's super uncomfortable. It makes the whole journey pretty hard to enjoy. I'm really curious if there's anything I can do to prevent this from happening. Any suggestions?

I've been dealing with anal stenosis for over a month now and have constant pain. Been using a dilator for 10 days to help relax the muscles. Can this heal without surgery? What medicines or ointments could help ease the pain?

I've had anal fissures for over a month now and I'm really torn between allopathy, ayurveda, or homeopathy for treatment. Since it's still in the early stages, I'd prefer to avoid surgery. I'm 27 and wondering which approach would work best for healing without going under the knife. Any advice on what's most effective at this stage?
