I've been on ATT for pulmonary Kochs diagnosed 3 months ago. My initial chest X-ray looked fine, but the CT scan showed the infection. The Montox test was positive with a 20mm induration. For my latest review, I had a chest X-ray, and it showed prominent bronchovascular markings. Can you tell me what this means? Also, I've been experiencing leg pain, especially in my knees and ankles. Is this something I should be worried about?

View allI've been feeling really out of breath at night and I'm dealing with a chest infection and a constant cough. I'm wondering if taking the tablet Theoasthalin would help with my symptoms. Can you give me some advice on whether it's a good idea to try it?

I've had left pleural fluid since December 2021, and I'm still on TB medicine. According to my chest CT and PET CT scans, the TB has relapsed, and mycobacterium was detected with low RIF resistance. I'm taking the 4 TB tablets daily, but why did it relapse?
probably mycobacterium in you has become resistant to medicines which you are taking . relapse also has a treatment donot worry

I'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed. I've been told I have ILD and IPF, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Stage I, and my doctor has suggested taking Acetylcysteine 600 mg effervescent tablets for the IPF. Do you think this is the right approach? Could it really help with the phlegm I'm experiencing in my nose and throat? Just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track here.
yes it is sufficient. start steam inhalation along with it
