I've been coughing up black stuff for the past 56 days without a break and I'm really worried about it. I'm not sure what's going on or what I should be doing. Could you please give me some advice?

Coughing up black phlegm can be concerning and may indicate various underlying issues such as inhaling pollutants, smoking, or even a lung infection. It is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can try taking an over-the-counter cough syrup

I've been dealing with this annoying throat irritation and wet cough with phlegm for a while now. I've already tried all kinds of antibiotics, but nothing seems to help. One doctor prescribed Prednisolone, and it made me feel better while I was on it, but as soon as I stopped, all the symptoms came back, like the phlegm and weird throat sounds while I'm sleeping. Im trying to figure out why it keeps coming back. Could there be something else going on that's causing these symptoms to persist?

I've been having trouble sleeping for about 4 months now. It began with daily nightmares and not feeling rested, but lately, it's just that I'm not getting enough good rest. I checked my oxygen with an oximeter, and it dropped to 73. I've got an appointment at the end of the month for a sleep study consultation, but I'm wondering if I should go to urgent care instead. My symptoms are getting worse, and I'm barely managing. What do you think I should do?

Saturation is low 73.. .Patient is advised pulmonologist opinion immediately.
