I've been coughing up black stuff for the past 56 days without a break and I'm really worried about it. I'm not sure what's going on or what I should be doing. Could you please give me some advice?

Coughing up black phlegm can be concerning and may indicate various underlying issues such as inhaling pollutants, smoking, or even a lung infection. It is important to seek medical attention for further evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can try taking an over-the-counter cough syrup

I'm 28 and tested positive for Covid about 13 days ago. Since the 8th day, I'm finding it really hard to deal with this chest and throat issue. It's like mucus is stuck, and it won't come out or go down. Sleeping at night is a huge problemevery time I try to fall asleep, I feel this prick in my throat that comes with a lot of coughing, but the mucus just won't clear. My chest hurts and I have headaches from all this, trying to get the mucus out. I'm taking air fast tabs, tripofed syrup, ac long tabs, and I've even tried all kinds of home remedies but nothing's helping. It's driving me crazy, to the point I'm having really bad thoughts because of how uncomfortable this is. I've seen a lot of doctors, but no one's been able to give me the right treatment. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do to feel better?

I'm dealing with mediastinal lymph node TB and I was wondering about my situation. I've been through CECT and EBUS, and the size was initially 7cm x 3cm. I used to have a fever, but thankfully that's gone now. However, I'm still coughing quite a bitaround 15 to 20 times a day. I've been on treatment for three and a half months, and my doctor told me it would be an eight-month-long process. Is this typical? I'm currently abroad, so I'm trying to figure out when to repeat the CECT. We've already done it twice since we had to travel, but the size hadn't reduced two months ago. Can you give me some guidance on this?

repeat cect after 6 months

I'm having trouble sleeping because every time I'm about to fall into a deep sleep, I feel short of breath, almost like I'm having an attack, and it wakes me up suddenly. It's really interrupting my sleep and I'm starting to get worried. I'm not getting enough rest at night, and it's only made worse by a bit of nasal congestion. What could be going on?
