View allI had sinus surgery back in 2011 for allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. These days I don't have the usual sneezing, cold, or post nasal drip but I keep getting this low-grade fever with body aches and a heavy feeling in my forehead. Could this still be sinus-related even though I don't have other symptoms? What treatment would work best and how long before I see results? Homeopathy didn't fully help last time but I'm hoping there's still a way to manage this.

I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?
