I've been dealing with acne and got advice from a dermatologist to try isotroin 10mg. I think it helped a lot, but now I'm experiencing blurred vision. Is this something that can happen with isotroin, or could it just be a random coincidence?

I've been noticing these pimples popping up on my lower back, especially on both sides around the waist, and they're turning into black spots. It's also happening on my upper arms. Should I be concerned about this? What could be causing it, and what can I do to make them go away?
That looks like keratosis pilaris? if it is so take bath twice daily and use good moisturizer two times a day that will work , if it still persists visit dermatologist topical lotions.
